The GEO Award is based on a comprehensive evaluation model. Business success will be evaluated based on 6 performance dimensions and on 15 assessment criteria.



Manufacturing companies from all industries are eligible to participate. The nominated plant should have at least 100 employees. Participation is free of charge. All data will be treated with utmost confidentiality. The evaluation will be conducted anonymously. All participants will receive an individual evaluation of their position with specific suggestions for improvement.
